You may blow this whistle to summon a spectral steed. Once blown a spectral steed will appear 5 feet away from you. This steed uses the statistics of a riding horse but it has 100ft of movement. If you attempt to summon another spectral steed the whistle will instead make a loud squeak and alert all creatures within 200ft to your presence. If your steed takes damage it dissipates knocking riders prone and rendering the whistle unusable until dusk.
