This javelin is a magic weapon made from pure electrum, bestowed upon you by the Primordial of Spring: Khabul. When you hurl it and speak its command word, it transforms into a bolt of lightning.
The wielder may expend one charge to force the target to make a DC 12 constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 2 rounds.
The wielder may expend three charges to cast a 5th-level lightning bolt.
All expended charges restore after a long rest.
Wrath of Spring returns to the thrower when it successfully strikes the intended target.
Proficiency with a Javelin allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
