You can use an action to speak the Slide's command word and regain one expended spell slot of up to 3rd level. Once you have used this ability you must complete a short or long rest before using this ability again. 

Wylde's Slide of Power also increases the owner's Spell Save DC by 1.

This slide at first glace appears to be a simple accessory used by guitarists.  However, any Bard worth his weight in gold that touches Wylde's Slide of Power can sense it's arcane resonance.  It has a dark black sheen with silver and blue specks just under it's surface.
