These magic goggles have 3 charges and regain all expended charges daily at dawn.  While wearing them, you can expend 1 charge as a bonus action to gain one of the following benefits for 10 minutes or until you take the goggles off:

• You have advantage on WIS (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
• If you are visually investigating an object or a 1 foot cube of area you can zoom in as with a microscope to 10x vision.
• You have advantage on INT (Investigation) checks that rely on sight.
• You can see magical auras around any visible creature or object out to a range of 30 feet that bears magic, and you learn its school of magic, if applicable.  

Notes: One must create something in a workshop for a total of 18 hours over the course of 7 days.
