This small token is made out of a chromatic red metal. On the front is a symbol, the symbol is a water droplet with a small fire inside, as well as wings protruding out of the sides of the water droplet. 

To use the token, the user must simply flip the token, at which point it will dissolve into a crackling red mist. Once used, this token cannot be used again.

The token allows the user to cast two leveled spells in once turn, one taking an action and once taking a bonus action. 

This token is allowed to be used at any time throughout a players turn, but if an action or bonus action is already expended, the token will have no affect but still fades away.

Once the token is used, it forms someplace else in the world, able to be used by someone else. More than one exists in the world. (Amount in existence is up to the DM's discretion.)
