a whistle that, when blown, summons an immortal, friendly, lawful good duck from the most absurd location possible, the duck is not sentient and will just be a duck until it must leave (after 10 real world minutes) it will then say "i am sorry (race, name, or term related to the summoner), but i must leave, though i hope to see you again someday" every duck summoned is the same duck, and multiple cannot be summoned at once. after the duck must leave it will walk out of sight and then vanish.
