Wondrous Item, artifact

A magical compass found some years ago by a goblin adventurer named Lul in some long-lost ruins of Noroeste. The needle within this device seems to ignore which direction is North in favor of spinning slowly until activated. Upon activation, it will rapidly spin before settling on a direction to lead its user in, guiding them on the path to whatever goal they were looking for when they activated it. This item has 6 charges, regaining 1d6 charges at dawn each day.

Look Both Ways: As an action, you can expend a charge to activate the compass and state where you want it to lead you and your companions. For the next hour, it will lead you on the most efficient path through any caves, tunnels, or other non-magical mazes you might be traveling through. It does still function outside of these settings, but it would mostly just point you in the right direction if you're in an open field or something like that.

The Path to Destruction: The magic of the compass grows.

You learn the True Strike cantrip and can cast it as a bonus action a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest. When cast in this way, it does not require concentration.

You can cast See Invisibility from the compass at will.

Expending 2 charges allows you to cast the Augury spell as an action, and ignoring material components.

Expending 4 charges allows you to cast Arcane Eye.
