This Zimmer frame looks very strange - it is made of a strange mixture of wood, and marble swirled together in a pattern. The Zimmer frame is not the correct size, but after you grab both handles, it shrinks to match your size, and you hear a voice in your head:
"Oh, I am terribly sorry Ma'am, this will never happen again."
This Zimmer frame embodies all things wild and good natured. It contains more power than it knows and will try and help you with its unstable form of magic.
As a bonus action you can turn your Zimmer frame into any un-upgraded weapon, to which it deals the magical variant of that damage (ie magic slashing etc).
While in Zimmer frame your normal walking speed is 10ft faster than usual (doubled by taking the dash action), and this bonus is lost on transforming it to a weapon.
This Zimmer frame gives you access to its own very chaotic form of wild magic - it activates whenever you gain or lose chaos charges - every time you gain or lose charges, roll a d20 with a dc of 6 - if you roll 6 or below, roll a d10000 and refer to the chaos bursts table.
You start each day with 5 chaos charges, and can gain more by smiting enemies - you gain 3 charges per smite
Chaos charges can be used like this:
-expend 3 charges - you can take the dash action as a bonus action.
-expend 3 charges - this turn, as an action you can sacrifice 10ft of movement for an extra d6 of weapon damage (this can be activated as many times as you like until you run out of movement) on this weapon and make 1 melee attack - you cannot smite on this turn.
-expend 2 charges - you can use your reaction to parry a weapon or spell attack made by an enemy. You take half of the damage (rounded down) and they take the same amount of damage you just took.
-channel 1 charge - 1 bonus action - 30ft range -you mark an enemy with the grandmother's curse. You always know their exact location, and you can crit on them with a natural 19 or 20.
This item also has the ability to change forms to any inanimate nonmagical object which can fit within a 5ft cube. The material never changes from the strange wood marble the Zimmer frame is made from, so it cannot turn into any other material. It can be used to pick any unmagical lock, as it can change shape inside the lock to fit it perfectly as the key, for example (please consult the DM before using the item in this way so they can say whether it will work).
Notes: This "weapon" contains the soul of a good person, much like a nice grandson of yours who would help anyone in need out.
