The Will of Justice is a beautiful crafted shield fit for the God of Justice or his champions. It is a bright silver shield with a blue Damascus tint to it. On the face of the shield is a sword with a symbol balance hanging from it. there is a celestial pattern in the background. 

While holding this shield, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and resistance to necrotic damage.

While attuned to this weapon you gain the following benefits:

• While attuned to this shield you gain a +1 to your constitution score.
• The shield has 3 charges. You can use an action to expend 1 charge to cast Divine Favor or 2 charges to cast wall of fire from the shield (save DC 18 for each). The wall of fire spell lasts for 1 minute (no concentration required). The shield regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
• Once per day, you can use your reaction to cancel a critical hit on a ally within 30 feet of you.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
