This Half-plate armor was gifted to the Head of the Talons of Justice by the Platinum Dragon to combat the forces of Tiamut. It almost glows with its bright white metal and is cold to the touch. The Breastplate shows the symbol of the platinum dragon, the pauldron is the shape of a dragons skull as is the helmet.

Dormant

• The Wearer gains +1 to AC while wearing this armor.  
• The Wearer has resistance to cold damage
• You are Immune to the fear condition caused by Dragons

Awakened 

• The Wearer gains +2 to AC while wearing this armor.
• The Wearer has resistance to Cold or Fire damage. This choice can be made during a short rest or Long rest. 
• You are Immune to the fear condition caused by Dragons.

Exalted

• The Wearer gains +3 to AC while wearing this armor.
• The wearer have Immunity to Cold damage and resistance to Fire damage.  
• You channel the breath of the Platinum Dragon as a spectral dragon head appears in front of the armor and uses your connection to Xymor, the Platinum Dragon, to cast his Legendary Ice breath. As an action, the Head exhales icy Breath in a 30-foot cone Each creature must make a Con save (DC equals 8+proficiency+Wis) taking 40 (10d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. You cannot use this ability again until a Long rest.

 

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
