You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, and attacks with this weapon deal an additional 1d6 radiant damage.

Lightning Strikes Twice. As an action, you can cover yourself and an ally in a faint layer of ozone for 1 minute. Whenever you or your ally are hit by a weapon attack while coated in this aura, the attacker takes thunder damage equal to your proficiency bonus. Furthermore, whenever you or your ally make a weapon attack, the attack deals extra lightning damage equal to your proficiency bonus. Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until you complete a short rest.

Proficiency with a Pistol allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
