You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Vision of Truth. You gain truesight up to a range of 30 feet.
Aura of Safeguarding. Allies within a radius around you gain +1 to their AC. The range is equal to the range of your Paladin aura.
Judgement. This weapon is a holy implement which judges the intentions and morals of those it is wielded against. It gains no benefit when fighting creatures with goodness and kindness in their souls, but against the evil and the unjust you gain +2 to damage rolls.
Explosive Smite. When this weapon is used to cast a Smite spell, that spell radiates out and damages those around the target. When you make a successful Smite attack with this weapon, opponents within a ten foot radius of the target must make a Dex saving throw. On a fail, they take half of the Smite damage. On a success they take no damage.
Proficiency with a Maul allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
