Weapon (shortsword), uncommon

Appearing to most scholars as a good scale replica of the Sword of Zariel, even down to it's celestial glow, this short sword has some both an angelic and demonic side. By rotating the pommel of the weapon, it's wielder can adjust it from a radiant short sword to a fiery chain whip.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Damage: 1d6 (+1)
Damage Type: Radiant
Properties: Finesse, Light
Weight: 2

Using a Bonus Action, the pommel can be turned 180 degrees. This causes the blade of the sword falls out of its hilt and shatters into shards, but the shards stay connected through a flaming chain. Reach 10ft. Using a Bonus Action, the pommel can be turned back and the whip retracts back to a short sword.

Damage: 1d4(+1)
Damage Type: Fire
Properties: Finesse, Reach
Weight: 2

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
