On a 2, they make the roll as normal.

On a 3, they make the roll with advantage.

On a 4, they instantly succeed the roll as if it was a natural 20, and then the hat mirrors the charming back at the original charmer as if the wearer was the caster of the charming affect.

The hat has 3 charges, and regains 1d4 + 1 charges at dawn.
