The axe has three abilities and 4 charges, charges reset after a long rest.

Ability 1 - Destroy the Weaklings!: Expend a charge giving a willing creature advantage and an additional d8 damage to their next attack.

Ability 2 - I Have No Weaknesses!: Once attuned, the wielder is immune to being frightened, blinded, paralyzed, poisoned, and stunned. Expend a charge to give them resistance to all damage for their next hit.

Ability 3 - The Tyrant's Wake: This is a passive ability. Until the end of combat, for each kill the player gains, the axe becomes empowered by their victims blood, gaining a +1 to damage for a maximum of +10.

Proficiency with a Battleaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
