This immensly coveted item grants the user access to a deep reservoir of power that can be channelled to instantly transport the user a certain distance.
The so-called stone is actually a glowing green gemstone encased in an ornately decorated gray metal.
The stone has 25 charges, and recharges 2d8 +9 charges every morning.
As an action or bonus action on any turn, the user can expend a charge to cast the Misty Step spell through the stone. If all charges are expended, the user may continue to cast Misty Step through the stone at the cost of taking 2d4 necrotic damage for every consecutive use. If the stone is used more than 10 times past the 25 charge limit, it will start costing 2d6 damage instead, and if it is used more that 15 times past the limit, the stone will have 20% chance of destroying itself in an explosion of green energy during every following use, causing anything within 20ft to take 6d10 radiant damage and be pushed 10 ft in the opposite direction of the stone, and the user to take 10d10 radiant damage, and be blasted 20 feet straight up into the air. Additionally, the remaining teleportation energy within the stone may rearrange objects in its blast radius in any way that the DM likes, including magical items and people.
If the stone is overused, all negative effects will be removed upon the next morning (at its recharge point).
Notes: Based off of StarCraft II Character., Teleportation
