When pointed at an animal within 100 ft of the bearer, that animal will start farting and anyone within a 25 foot radius will have to throw a constitution saving throw of a 13 or higher(d20) or they will collapse to the ground and be immobilized for 1 turn. Must roll a wisdom check of 10 or more(d20) to use. Takes an action to use.
