Weapon (spear), artifact (requires attunement by a After piercing yourself with the spear you must allow the wound to close naturally, leaving a scar that cannot be healed or changed by any type of magic. When the wound is fully healed you are attuned to the weapon and soulbound.)

This spear is crafted of a branch from the great world tree Yggdrasil with an adamantine spearhead. It appears as dark almost ebony color wood that upon close inspection seems to swirl ever so slightly with the potential. The spearhead is a fairly simple design, made to do one thing: pierce.

This spear can pierce even the strongest of materials.

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Soulbound: as a free action you can call this spear to your hand from anywhere, and it cannot be weilded by any other than the soulbound. Upon death the spear becomes just a regular spear with a small teardrop carved into its haft.

The first time you attack with the spear on each of your turns, you can transfer some or all of the sword’s bonus to your Armor Class, instead of using the bonus on any attacks that turn. For example, you could reduce the bonus to your attack and damage rolls to +1 and gain a +2 bonus to AC. The adjusted bonuses remain in effect until the start of your next turn, although you must hold the sword to gain a bonus to AC from it.

Once a day you can cast haste from the spear on yourself.

Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
