Wondrous Item, artifact
- 3 Times per long rest can use an action to activate the device which causes:
- The item-holder and any friendly target within 5ft in any direction immediately gain a bonus round. Like a surprise round, the normal turn order is ignored, and all affected creatures complete this surprise round before the normal turn order resumes.
- Passive effect: Can be activated or deactivated as a bonus action, the item-holder and friendly targets within 15ft in any direction are immune to any time magic.
