An obsidian amulet on a leather cord, this artifact is connected with the ancient Lizardfolk city of Z'leth and bears the visage of an ancient couatl.

This amulet can also cast the Dominate Monster spell, but this use drains all magical power from the item, leaving only a non-magical obsidian amulet worth 40 gp.
