This staff, once used by Tim the Enchanter, know-er of the location of the cave that says the location of the holy grail, and warn-er of the killer rabbit to the court of King Arthur, shoots fireballs, causes explosions far away, and can teleport you to (relative) safety amidst a cloud of smoke.

While using this staff you have resistance to fire damage, and a +5 to charisma saving throws.

This staff has 15 charges.

You can use these charges in the following ways:

1) Cast the Fireball spell (1 charge)

2) Cause an explosion (made up of a radius of 5ft, and dealing 3d8 fire damage to anyone in the radius) up to 30ft away (1 charge)

3) Cause an explosion (made up of a radius of 30ft, and dealing 10d6 fire damage to anyone in the radius) up to 60ft away (3 charges)

4) Cause a nuclear blast (made up of a radius of 100ft, and dealing 25d10 fire damage, and 10d10 force damage to anyone in the radius) up to 300ft away (5 charges)

5) cause a smoke explosion (on yourself, with a radius of 10ft), teleporting anyone within the radius of the smoke explosion, to teleport randomly someplace up to 100ft away (chosen by the DM), and everyone who was teleported lands in the nearest unoccupied space (0 charges).

You can use charges as a free action, and the staff takes 15 years to recharge all charges, with one charge recharging after every year. To speed things up, the charges instantly recharge if someone preforms good enough (quality decided by the DM) stand up British comedy, within 15ft of the staff.
