Titanium Dragon Scale Shield can be used as a replacement for a Titanium Bar in making Titanium Armor or Titanium Shield when crafted this way the suit or shield is considered not to be made of metal (Druids).

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
