As an action, you may expend a charge of Wild Shape to cast the Dominate Beast spell. The duration of the spell is increase to 1 hour, but must target a creature of a challenge rating you are able to Wild Shape into. 

If you target a creature that is higher than your Wild Shape challenge rating, the spell instantly fails and your Wild Shape charge is still spent.
