While attuned to this staff you have advantage on all saving throws against the charmed condition and Magic cannot put you to sleep.
Once per turn as a free action you can choose to give yourself disadvantage on all attack rolls and dexterity saving throws until the start of your next turn and of you do so one enemy you can see on a range of 40 feet rolls all saving throws with disadvantage until the end of your next turn.
