The wand has 4 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of it's charges to cast Spiritual Weapon You regain 1d4 charges after every long rest.

The bark shoots a sort of magik, electrical beam in your hand. The energy beam lasts for the duration or until you cast this spell again. On a hit, the target takes lightning damage equal to 1d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier.

As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the weapon up to 20 feet and repeat the attack against a creature within 5 feet of it.
