Todd was a murderer, but his particular set of skills soon became sought after by those that would pay gold to see others assassinated. His favourite tool was the razor and he had many in his life time, although few are ever really noticed; they are mundane, but well built aside from a crude 'T' carved into the handle.
Attuning to this weapon reveals certain benefits and quirks that passes some part of Todds will onto its new owner:
Todds Game: Todds method of assassination was to keep his targets relaxed before the kill and as such the blade imparts onto you double proficiency in deception. However his manipulation of the situation didn't always work...
Curse of Todds Urge: If Todds lies and calm demeanor failed him, rather than spend more time and resources trying to control the situation, he would simply lash out. This means if you should fail any charisma based skill tests then you must choose to either immediately attack someone with the razor, or wrestle with the blades urge to kill and suffer 3D6+your charisma modifier in psychic damage.
Although similar to a daggers damage Todds razor can not be thrown with any skill and its damage type is counted as slashing.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Replace Damage Type: Slashing, Twice Proficiency: Deception, Ignore Weapon Property: Thrown, creature, Cursed, Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick
