The Ultimate Sandwich was forged by the Old Gods many lifetimes ago. The Sandwich is undecaying, meaning it tastes fresh and looks like it was made less than 5 minutes ago.

The Ultimate Sandwich grants the consumer +3 to all saving throws giving them an advantage on all those in a 15ft radius for 1 hour.

The sandwich can be eaten 3 times a day however when all charges are used in one day, the sandwich cannot regenerate and is lost forever.
