These items always come as a set of two, enchanted with a drop of blood from each participant.   Though these do not have to be attuned to, they will only function for the people that they were created for.  Worn by anyone else, they are simple tokens and have no effect.  These objects can be bracelets, necklaces, or tiaras, or any item made of a precious metal that is touching the skin when worn.

When the two humanoids wearing these bonded tokens are within 100' of each other, as a reaction one of the two can sacrifice their DEX bonus to add it to their love one's Armor Class or DEX saving throw for one round.
