This vial contains a mutagen that, when ingested, gifts the user with a certain ability. Similar to the mutagens used by Blood Hunters of the Order of the Mutant. Listed below is a list of possible effects that could occur. They are meant as launching pads for your imagination.

1- Gaining talons, like those of a bird of prey, your unarmed strike now deals 1d8 plus your Strength modifier slashing damage.

2- You grow fangs, receiving a bite attack that deals 1d6 + Strength modifier piercing damage. (Optional: Fangs inject poison, forcing a DC 16 CON save and dealing an additional 3d6 poison damage.)

3- Patches of scales or similar natural armor appears on your skin, giving you a +5 to AC when unarmored.

Notes: Ingest the contents of this vial to attune to this item. Your attunement ends if you die or willingly force the mutagen out of system through magic or other methods.
