This crown is detailed with a dense quantiy of thorns that burrows inside of the user's skull. This item is rumored to hold the sorrows, regrets and lust from their last users, thus providing a painful set emotions once its set on the head of an user (1d4 piercing damage to user). The user cannot take off the crown until he manages to make a constitution saving throw (DC 15 + party quantity). Every time the user is hit in the head, after initial damage calculation, it will always take (1d4) piercing damage as well. This item provides Madness from their last users, meaning that when walking into combat, will allow the user to feel the anguish, lust and rage of any emotion held in the crown. Giving the user advantage on hit (including single target spell attacks) when cambating with creature that it is not considered a celestial, undead or fey.

Madness: Once the user sets the crown on its head, everytime he attacks, must make a wisdom saving throw (DC 10 + party quantity). When failing, the user will attack the creature that is closest to 30 ft. (throwing the melee weapon if made as an melee attack) prioritizing allies .

Long Rest Attunement:  In order to attune this item, the individual who is willing to rest with the crown on its head, must make 3 succesful  constitution saving throws along the night in a long rest. If fails, the user will have a +1 point of exhaustion since he was unable to rest properly because of the painful thorns (no damage dealt during this period). If the PJ is able to attune it succesfully, this item will no longer provoke damaging ally, thus will be able to take advantage of its bonuses without the risk of attacking an unwanted target.

Spiked armor is a rare type of medium armor made by dwarves. It consists of a leather coat and leggings covered with spikes that are usually made of metal.
