This inch-squared cube is made of a strange bone with a concentric grain and each number is carved in the shape of a winged wyrm.
The magic of the die only functions if the die is thrown randomly, not if it is placed. You can use an action to throw the die at an unoccupied space on the ground within 30 feet of you. As soon as you throw the die, its magic takes effect. See the table below for the effect.
The Wyverns Die has six charges. These charges do not reset. When the last charge is expended, the die disappears with a roar and a boom.

A wyvern appears at the location of the die. It disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends. The wyvern can't be dismissed by you. At the beginning of its turn, the wyvern makes a Wisdom saving throw against the DC 15. On a failure, the wyvern is friendly to you and your companions until the beginning of its next turn. It obeys any verbal commands that you issue to it (no action required by you). If you don't issue any commands to the wyvern, it defends itself from hostile creatures but otherwise takes no actions. On a success, it becomes hostile toward you and your companions, and it might attack. If it fails on three saving throws before it succeeds on three saving throws, it will become a devoted animal companion to you. If it succeeds on three saving throws before it fails on three saving throws, it will leave and try to find its way back to its home. |

You transform into a wyvern, as per the polymorph spell. You may make a Wisdom saving throw against DC 15 to avoid the effect. |

Every wyvern that can see you becomes charmed by you until you harm it. It will attack anything that comes within 30 feet of you, unless you successfully persuade it not to attack them, as it is immensely jealous of any creature within physical proximity of you. |

Every wyvern that can see you focuses its ire on you specifically. They will continue to do this for one hour or until they are killed, whichever occurs first. |
