This is a 2 foot long cylinder of High grade Celestial Bronze capped at both ends with god-level electrical explosives. According to Chiron it makes Mortal Hydrogen bombs look like firecrackers. when thrown by Zeus the target must make a DC 30 dexterity saving throw or take 20d12 lightning damage half as much on a success. it can also cast lightning bolt , chain lightning (DC 30)
