This tempestuous weapon was created to hold the legendary soul of an ancient being who could control the skies themselves. With it, the user, once attuned, can tap into that once-great power and do much of the same. This weapon is considered magical and has a +4 magic bonus.
- This weapon deals an additional 2d6 magical bludgeoning damage upon hit as wind wraps itself constantly around the spear of the lance. You push a creature back 5 feet with every successful attack if they are the same size or smaller than you, and if they fail a DC 16 Strength saving throw.
- As a bonus action, the user can choose to imbue the lance with the power of the storm. The next attack with this weapon will deal an additional 2d6 thunder damage and push a creature up to Large in size back 5 feet without fail.
- As an action, the user can summon a shield of arcing lightning around their body while holding the lance. This shield lasts for 3 turns and deals 2d6 lightning damage to any enemy within 10 feet. The user may use this ability 3 times per dawn.
Once per day, the user may spend 10 minutes channeling their will into the lance. The user then points the lance towards the sky and changes the weather of the area how they see fit, within 25 miles of their direct location:
