Tucked into Its own 6"x6" colorful canvas, this item stores a collapsed dirigible with a 8 ft length of rope which has been tied to have a foot loop in the end. Upon speaking its command word, the balloon instantly and vigorously begins to inflate float. The balloon capable of lifting 1 medium or smaller sized creature. The balloon and its buoyant content are stored in an interdimensional space capable of holding this balloon and the attached length of rope only. Any attempts made to fit any other items into the vessel fail. Uttering the command word again begins a smooth descent as the balloon deflates. Balloon recharges daily at dawn and remains inflated if already activated while still regaining its charge for the day. While inflated, cannot be directly steered. Balloon will travel with wind currents or if towed.
