A small glass vial with an ornate "K" etched into the side. The stopper is shaped like a row of grimacing teeth and it contains a swirling black cloud.  

Opening the vial releases the discordant sound of 1000 screaming voices. The sound can be heard in a 500 ft. radius and any creature within 30 ft. must back a constitution saving throw (DC 16) or become deafened for 1 hour. A creature who succeeds this save cannot be affected for 24 hours.
