While wearing this amulet, you have a +1 bonus to hit with your unarmed attacks, and your Wisdom bonus is added to the damage of every strike as you intuit the future while you fight to land better blows.  You also gain Blindsight to a distance of 30 feet, and your Constitution Score increases by 2, up to the maximum of 20.  

The amulet has 4 charges that recharge on a short rest.  These charges can be expended to cast the following spells:  expeditious retreat (1 charge), misty step (2 charges), haste (3 charges), and slow (3 charges).

This Neutral Good sentient magic amulet can be attuned by a monk of whom the amulet approves.  They must be firmly opposed to the forces of Tiamat and willing to actively fight against her.  The amulet has an Intelligence 20, Wisdom 15, Charisma 17, and is itself proficient in the History skill (1d20+9).  The amulet remembers many consecutive lifetimes as a time dragon, covering long periods of history on various planes of existence.

The amulet is friendly, and tries to get along with its chosen wearer, so long as they never pass up an opportunity to strike at the forces of the evil Dragon Queen, Tiamat.
