Weapon (longsword), artifact
  • Description: A sleek, slender longsword forged from dark, frosted steel. The blade glimmers with an eerie blue hue, and frost constantly swirls along its edge. The hilt is wrapped in black leather, and the crossguard is shaped like intertwining icicles. When unsheathed, the air around the blade grows noticeably colder, and a faint mist follows each swing.
  • Powers:
    • +2 longsword
    • Winter's Bitter Kiss delivers freezing cold with each strike, inflicting extra 2d6 cold damage on enemies. When a critical hit is made, the target must succeed on a DC15 constitution save, or be immobilized until the end of their next turn as a layer of ice encased them.
    • Cast Cone of cold once per day
    • The blade grants its wielder resistance to cold damage.
    • Once per day, the wielder can spend a bonus action and thin ice covers their skin, giving them +2 to their AC till the end of their next turn.
  • (ignore the bit about sap)
