This weapon is designed to hone the craft of great monks and was created for a variety of uses within the arts. From vaulting to long sweeping strikes, from crushing slams to armor-piercing lunges, this weapon has a large amount of versatility for a monk who knows how to use it.
As such, this weapon is capable of dealing bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage, though not all at once.
Serenity: The elegant peace amidst the chaos allows you to weave attacks between allies and past foes. This weapon has the reach property when using piercing and slashing attack styles.
Balance: You have a great understanding of how to use this weapon to manipulate your weight. When you make a running jump you can add a d6 + your monk level to the jump height OR jump distance. This movement can exceed your standard movement but by no more than half of your base movement.
Precision: Knowing where to strike your enemy is more important than how hard you strike them. When you land a critical strike with this weapon, you can apply one of your Way of the Open Hand techniques.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
Notes: Weapon Property: Reach, Bonus: Magic, requires attunement by an air genasi, Versatile, Topple
