Wand, rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster. )

This wand appears to be made of fine glass, swirling with liquid red and black-colored metals that never seems to blend or come still. While attuned to it, the spellcaster has +1 to spell attacks and a +1 bonus to spell save DC. While holding it, the wielder hears the faint music and sounds of a vibrant carnival off in an unknowable distance.

Cursed Once attuned, the wielder's magic becomes unpredictable. With every spell, roll a D20. On a 1, the carnival music becomes loud and audible to all within a 100 foot radius, and instead of the spell's written effects, roll from the Sorcerer's Wild Magic table to see what happens. If you roll a 99-00 and don't have sorcery points, you instead regain all used spell slots. This curse remains even when the wand is stowed, and attunement cannot be broken until the character dies, or is targeted by a Remove Curse spell or similar effect.
