While attuned to this 40-foot ball of Justin Bieber's Naval Lint and standing within 100 feet of it, you can use a bonus action to fire a Lightning Bolt spell out of the ball, and can choose an unlimited number of creatures within 100 feet of the ball to take 3d6 Necrotic damage. You also heal 1d8 HP while standing within 100 feet of the ball if attuned to it at the start of your turn, regardless of whether or not you used it. Instead of a lightning bolt, you can also choose to reanimate up to 3 corpses as either skeletons or zombies, depending on how much exposed their bones are.

To attune to this, you must stand within 20 feet of it, as long as the person who controlled it previously (if there was one) is either dead or not within 100 feet.
