The Wishing Wick is a very rare item, about 8 to 12 inches tall. The item is a colorful candle, with a similarly colored wick at its center. The Wishing Wick can be lit at any time, by any flame source. When blown out, if it is the character's birthday, they may cast the wish spell with it. After using, the Wishing Wick cannot be reignited for 24 hours. If it is not the user's birthday, the effect is wasted and the Wishing Wick cannot be reignited for 1 hour. If the user does not know their birthday, they may choose to use another date significant to their upbringing, such as the date they where adopted or the date they completed a ritual of maturity.
