This clay good luck charm when crushed in your hand, grants the user the use of an additional  d10 added to your original roll, when you make an attack roll, an ability check, or as a reaction against taking damage. If you use this item to prevent damage, add the d10 roll to your AC against the single attack after determining if it hits,  or the d10  to the saving throw. If the oncoming attack does damage and has a saving throw associated with it you must choose one or the other to change with the d10 roll.

This item if for one time use and turns to dust after use.
