This armor is laced with Titanium mesh cells, mixed with nano-tech to help reduce impact against bullets. Enemies with bullet based weapons gain Disadvantage against you, and you take 25% less damage from bullets if hit. 

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
