This strange staff has a toad carved of wood upon it's surface, and at night the sounds of croaking can be heard nearby the user of this magic item. While attuned to this item, you gain the following benefits:

You have a +2 bonus to the spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your spells.

This staff has 10 charges, and regains 1d4 + your spellcasting ability modifier charges at dawn. You may only use features that expend charges while this item is held.

Frog Face. Once per day, you may expend 5 charges to cast true polymorph, targeting a creature within 15 feet. The saving throw DC of this spell is either 22 or yours, depending on which is higher, and when cast it turns the target creature into a frog upon failing the spell. The spell lasts until you dispel it, the creature is targeted with a remove curse cast at 8th level or higher, or until a condition you choose is fulfilled, the condition must be chosen as you cast the spell. The condition may be difficult but not impossible for the target creature to achieve, such as being kissed by a member of a royalty.

Warty Toad. After either hitting a weapon attack or affecting a creature with a spell with a range of touch, you may expend 2 charges to cause painful warts to sprout across the creatures body. They have disadvantage on charisma skill checks and saving throws. They appear dirty, smelly, and ugly regardless of actual appearance and scent. If they take piercing or bludgeoning damage, the warts burst and the creature takes 5d8 additional poison damage. Afterwards, the magical effect ends. Once 24 hours have passed, the warts shrivel up and fall off the skin. A creature may only suffer from this feature once per hour.

High Hops. While attuned to this magic item, you can jump three times as far and as high. Additionally you do not take fall damage, and whenever you would be knocked prone, you may instead expend a charge to move up to 10 feet in any direction of your choice.
