Weapon (longsword), artifact (requires attunement by a (Can only be attuned by Storm Heralds, Storm Clerics))

An ancient artifact forged by the first storm heralds of Fincarya to lock away Kayn Thiorin in his pocket realm and create arcane barriers to the Forgotten Isle. Thundersword is an enchanted Longsword, glimmering in a faint light blue static light and it hums as the energy of storms courses through it.

Thundersword is a +2 Longsword, adding +2 bonus to attack rolls and damage. On hit, Thundersword deals an additional 2d6 thunder/lightning damage of your choice.

Thundersword enhances any storm herald's abilities when attuned. While raging, your Storm Aura increases by 10ft, and damage dealt by your Storm of Fury is doubled.

Once a day, you can cast Storm Sphere at 4th level and you must maintain concentration as if you cast a spell. You gain advantage on concentration checks for this while raging. Once casted and the spell ends, the sword is inert and you don't gain its Storm Herald Benefits, nor thunder/lightning damage bonuses until after a short rest.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.

Notes: (Can only be attuned by Storm Heralds, Storm Clerics), Versatile, Sap
