A small waxed burlap bag is lined with aluminium and is closed with a waxed drawstring. Inside is a small, red, rough-cut stone the emits a faint reddish-orange glow and is constantly warm. If the stone is placed on any inanimate flammable object, it will catch fire in 1d4 rounds.
