Armor (shield), rare (requires attunement)
While holding this shield, you have a +1 AC. Once per long rest, you can choose one damage type, you will gain resistance as long you have it equiped until your next long rest, where it will reset. The damage type must be fire, acid, cold, poison or lightning.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
