This automated lock-pick takes the form of an large brass cylinder 10 cm long and one 4 cm thick with numerous rotating gears. 

There are 2 ways to use this tool:

Automatic: Crank up the device to start automatically lockpicking a lock. This process will take 10 minutes. Automatic mode does not work if the lock is too difficult to pick (DC20).

Manual: Use this as regular lockpick but the rotating gears can be used to assist the user. When attempting to pick a lock like this, you roll your Sleight Of Hand check (Dexterity) with +8 modifier instead of your own current modifier. This item cannot be used to pick locks that require the use of magic to open. 

This device can be used to pick all but the most difficult locks.
