A pitch-black single edged short sword with straight blade and appears to be made of darkness itself. When attacking with it the user may deal Slashing damage with the blade, Piercing damage with the tip or Bludgeoning damage with the blunt side of the blade.This means that when making a melee attack you can choose to deal Slashing, Piercing or bludgeoning damage.
The Yami-Ninjato has the Versatile and Thrown Properties. Thrown Weapon Attack deals 1d8 Piercing damage and has a range of 40/80. If thrown as part of a Thrown Weapon Attack, it returns to you at the end of the attack, regardless of if it hits.
Add +2 to your Initiative and +1 to attack and damage.
The Yami-Ninjato is stored in the shadow of the attuned wielder and can be Drawn as part of an attack action and can be recalled to the attuned wielders hand or stored with a bonus action.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
