These crystal lenses fit over the eyes. While wearing them, you have Advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight. In conditions of clear visibility, you can make out details of even extremely distant creatures and objects as small as 2 feet across.

Posted Jul 9, 2025Sight distance and detail is entirely decided by the DM regardless. He just decides how foggy or clear the environment is, and if he wants you to see it based upon it's size, distance, and how it will affect the adventure. This just gives him a reason to let you see things, and you advantage on visual perception checks. But if you really want a distance, eagles can see prey from roughly two miles away.
